WHY BONATA CBD FLOWER?

Premium, Artisan-Craft CBD Flower

Lab Tested

All our hemp flowers are third-party lab tested by accredited labs for contaminants, such as pesticides, mold, microbials, & other harmful compounds.

Terpene Rich

Terpenes play a critical role in the effects, benefits, & experience a user feels. Our growing process aims to maximize terpene growth for the ultimate experience.

Hand Trimmed

We don't use trimming machines that get rusty or miss unnecessary stems or leaves that increase the weight of the flower for no reason.

Indoor-Grown

Indoor-grown CBD flower does not compare to outdoor. We control everything to naturally guide the flower to grow in the best possible way.

All Indoor-Grown CBD Flower

Our CBD flower is even more unique because we grow all our hemp flowers indoors, where we control the lights, temperature, humidity, wind, and other critical aspects, mimicking the best-case scenario of nature that would be impossible to grow CBD flowers outdoors similarly. Growing indoors allows us to produce the highest quality and premium CBD hemp flower.

CBD Flower FAQs

CBD flower consists of flowers harvested from strains of hemp that were bred to be high in CBD. Though CBD hemp flower contains less than 0.3% THC, it can contain more than 20% CBD, which usually causes it to be classified as industrial hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. Many different strains of CBD flower are available, and CBD hemp buds are shipped to all 50 states.

Bonata CBD hemp flower is grown indoors in 100% climate-controlled conditions. Even when grown organically, outdoor-grown hemp flower can contain airborne and waterborne agricultural contaminants from neighboring farms, and indoor-grown hemp flower is undeniably more potent and just tastes better.

Bonata is proud to offer a wide selection of sativa, indica, and hybrid CBD flower strains including Sugar Queen 2.0, Orange Glaze, Godfather OG, Cat’s Meow, Cherry Chocolate Chip, Dream Berries, and Space Invader. Our smokable hemp flower is lab-tested for potency and purity and is grown indoors in climate-controlled conditions to offer the best possible quality.

The active components in CBD flower do not bind to your conventional cannabinoid receptors or make you feel high. Instead, CBD binds with the receptor sites most critically involved in inflammatory and neuropathic pain. When you smoke hemp flower that’s high in CBD, you’ll feel pleasantly relaxed with no sensations of intoxication or paranoia whatsoever.

The entourage effect is a special type of synergy offered by smokable CBD flower and a variety of other CBD products. The cannabis plant naturally contains a wide spectrum of different active components including cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. According to scientific research, it’s only when CBD is joined by its entourage of fellow hemp substances that it reaches its full potential to soothe and heal.

The primary difference between CBD-rich hemp flower and the federally illegal drug marijuana is the dominant cannabinoid each form of cannabis contains. As per the 2018 Farm Bill, CBD hemp flower products containing less than 0.3% THC are generally considered to be industrial hemp.

If cannabis plants contain more than 0.3% THC, however, they are considered marijuana at the federal level. That’s why we make sure to keep our hemp cannabis plants safely below this threshold.

Due to the inherently relaxing effects of CBD, many people choose to smoke CBD hemp flower in the evening. That’s hardly, however, the only time of day you can smoke hemp.

Users often find sativa-dominant CBD flower strains, for instance, to be ideal for using in the morning due to the peppy effects of the terpenes they contain. If you’re looking for a CBD hemp strain specifically to use at night, make sure it’s indica-leaning instead.

The best CBD hemp flower is indoor-grown using organic, sustainable, and non-GMO practices. It comes with third-party lab reports proving that it does not contain any pesticides, heavy metals, or other contaminants. Upon visual examination, it is covered in white, crystalline trichomes and orange pistil hairs. It has a pleasant, dank aroma and is neither too airy nor too dense.

No, smoking buds harvested from CBD hemp plants will not get you high since both CBD-rich hemp plants and finished CBD products must contain less than 0.3% THC. At concentrations that low, THC will not accumulate in your system significantly enough to cause intoxication. Instead of getting you high, smoking CBD hemp flower makes you feel lightly relaxed and perhaps a little sleepy.

There is no federal age limit for buying CBD-rich hemp flower. To reflect the general assumption that only adults should buy CBD products, though, most CBD flower companies restrict sales to individuals who are 21 years old or older. In some cases, photo ID may be required to make a purchase.

CBD oil is another name for CBD extract, which is derived from CBD flower. Sometimes, though, the term “CBD oil” is used synonymously with CBD tincture, which is a type of product that consists of a blend of CBD-rich hemp extract and a carrier oil not derived from hemp flower. In terms of effects, smoking CBD flower will feel considerably stronger than orally ingesting CBD oil.

CBD vapes usually contain CBD-rich hemp distillate, a purified form of CBD extract derived from hemp flower. Compared to CBD flower, CBD vapes are 2-3 times more potent and can be more convenient to use for small sessions or on the go. CBD flower is great for sharing in a group, however, and it provides an irreplaceable all-natural experience.

No, smoking CBD-rich hemp flower should not cause you to fail a drug test for THC. While CBD flower can contain up to 0.3% THC, that’s not enough to cause this cannabinoid to accumulate in your body sufficiently to surpass the threshold used in most types of drug testing. Unless you consume a practically unrealistic amount of CBD flower during a very short period, your chances of failing a drug test due to hemp are slim to none.

By law, CBD hemp flower must contain less than 0.3% THC. The US federal government chose this threshold because it’s below the amount that can cause intoxication. As a result, CBD hemp flower does not get you high, and it will not make you fail a drug test.
